Clinic Update: Fee adjustment

At Evernew Recovery & Rehabilitation, we are committed to whole-person healing - body, nervous system, and lived experience.

To continue providing thoughtful, individualized care without shortening appointments or compromising quality, we will be making a slight price increase of $5 on our clinical services, gym and float sessions, as of April 1st. *Studio classes & Float Memberships remain unchanged *

This change allows us to maintain the depth of treatment you’ve come to expect, invest in ongoing clinical education, and support the sustainability of our team. We remain committed to accessible, compassionate care and are happy to discuss any questions you may have.

As always, we are grateful for your trust and the opportunity to walk alongside you in your recovery.

With healing warmth,

The Evernew Team

Roxanne began her journey in osteopathy in 2018 at the Centre Ostéopathique du Québec, where she dedicated six years to intensive study and clinical practice. In April 2024, she proudly graduated as a fully qualified osteopath. Even before officially becoming an osteopath, Roxanne had been actively practicing as a student, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Her path to osteopathy was shaped by a solid foundation in physiotherapy. Roxanne previously worked as a physiotherapy technologist in Quebec. Her passion for manual therapy and her deep desire to help others feel better have always guided her professional life.

Originally from Saint-Eustache, in 2019, she settled in the beautiful valley region, where she enjoys a peaceful, nature-filled lifestyle. You’ll often find her in her garden or tending to her chickens, she truly embraces country living.

Roxanne is a devoted mother of two, a young boy and a girl. Motherhood sparked a strong interest in perinatal and women’s health, and today she has a particular passion for supporting babies, pregnant women, and women in general through osteopathy.

She speaks both French and English fluently and will be happy to offer her services in the language you’re most comfortable with.

Roxanne’s mission is simple: to help people feel better, move better, and live better.

Sarah Campanico, CAT(C), DOMP, is the founder of Evernew Recovery and Rehabilitation and a national award–winning leader in the field of Athletic Therapy. With a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Athletic Therapy) earned with honours and a Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice, Sarah has dedicated her career to transforming how people experience recovery from injury, pain, and trauma.

Her early career was marked by distinction—receiving five awards in five years, including two national recognitions for leadership and clinical excellence. She has worked with collegiate-level rugby teams and international ball hockey teams, but her deepest passion lies in serving populations often overlooked by conventional healthcare systems: those with chronic pain, trauma histories, and complex recovery needs.

Sarah has been building Evernew since the age of 15. Today, Evernew is a multidisciplinary, biopsychosocial clinic innovating how care is delivered—blending evidence-based rehabilitation with movement medicines, nervous system regulation, and a growing list of community-led initiatives.

Sarah’s approach is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing. Her treatment plans are never one-size-fits-all and are focused on creating optimal environments for the body to heal. Each program is co-created with each individual to reflect their goals, and capacity.

As a mom, therapist, and entrepreneur her mission is clear: to redefine the standard of care. To make it holistic, and personal with bigger-whole-body-picture thinking.

When the opportunity to move out of the big city to another small northern town came up it was a welcome change. She still continues to explore the outdoors but now with three little hiking buddies and her dog Wilbur. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, running, hiking and camping with her family. Cortney is excited to work with the Evernew team to support the patients on their journey of self care.
